Shaposhnikov Alexey Valerievich

Born in 1973 in Moscow.
In 1995 graduated from the Moscow State Academy of Law, the Law Department. In 2003 graduated from the Russian Presidential Academy of Public Administration majoring in «Political Science».
After this worked as an advisor in the Central Office of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation.
From 2010 to 2012 worked in the Public Advisory Council of Political Parties at the Moscow City Duma from the Party «UNITED RUSSIA». In 2012 he was elected the municipal deputy, the Head of the Municipal District Rostokino. In the same year he was elected the Chairman of the Association «Council of Municipal Formations in the City of Moscow».
Teaches political science in the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration.
Candidate of the Law.
Honored lawyer of the Russian Federation.
Member of the Public Scientific-Methodological Advisory Council at the Central Election Commission of the Russian Federation.
Member of the Political Council of the Moscow City Regional Branch of the All-Russia Political Party «UNITED RUSSIA».
In 2017, he was elected Chairman of the Legislative Council of the Central Federal district of the Council under the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of the Russian Federation in the Central Federal district.
A.V. Shaposhnikov has awards: Commendation from the Mayor of Moscow, the Honorary Badge of the Moscow City Election Commission, the Certificate of Honor from the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for many years of diligent labor, great contribution into development of the state youth policy.

Metelsky Andrey Nikolaevich

Born on June 5, 1968.
Graduated from the Military Red Banner Institute of the USSR Ministry of Defense and the Russian Academy of State Service at the President of the Russian Federation. Candidate of Sciences (Philosophy). Passed military service in the Republic of Afghanistan. Awarded the Order of the Red Star, the Order «Hero of Afghanistan», orders and medals of the Afghanistan Government. Before election to the Moscow City Duma worked as Deputy Chairman of the Political Council of the Moscow City Organization of the Russian Political Public Organization – «Unity» Party.
Secretary of the Moscow City Regional Branch of the All-Russia Political Party UNITED RUSSIA.
Deputy of Moscow City Duma III (2001-2005), IV (2005-2009), V (2009-2014) and VI (2014-2019).
Deputy Chairman of the Moscow City Duma VI (2014-2019) (elected on September 24, 2014).

Gubenko Nikolay Nikolayevich

Born on August 17, 1941.
Graduated from the All-Union State Institute of Cinematography. People’s Artist of RSFSR. Laureate of State Award of RSFSR. From 1989 to 1991 – the USSR Minister of Culture; from 1995 to 2003 – Deputy of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation; from 1999 to 2003 – Chairman of the Committee of the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation for Culture and Tourism; from 2001 to 2006 – member of the Council for Culture and Arts at the President of the Russian Federation; from 1993 – Art Director-Director of the Theater «Community of Artists of Taganka».
Died on August 16, 2020.
