Born on December 2, 1972 in Moscow.
In 1997, she graduated with honors from Moscow State Pedagogical University with a degree in Speech Therapy with an Additional Specialty in Philology (qualification «Speech Therapist, Teacher of the Russian Language and Literature»). In 2012, she graduated with honors from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (Master of Economics).
In 2006, she was awarded the academic title of Associate Professor. In 2010, she was awarded the degree of Doctor of Pedagogical Sciences.
She is the author of more than 70 scientific and educational works on speech therapy, correctional pedagogy, and teaching Russian as a foreign language.
From 2013 till present - Vice-Chancellor of the FSBEI of Higher Education «Pushkin State Russian Language Institute».
Winner of the 2015 Government of the Russian Federation award in the field of education. In 2016, she was awarded the honorary title «Honorary Worker of Higher Professional Education of the Russian Federation».
Member of the Russian Language Council under the President of the Russian Federation, Scientific and Expert Council under the Chairman of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation, Interdepartmental Commission for the preservation, protection and development of the Russian language.
Elected the Duma deputy on September 8, 2019.
