Deputy : Nazarova Irina Alexandrovna
Born in 1952 in the Primorie Area.
After graduation in 1976 from the Ivanovo State Medical Institute she worked in medical treatment institutions in the regional center. In 1984 having moved with her family to Khimki Town, Moscow Region, she worked for 10 years as the anesthesiologist and resuscitator in Clinical Hospital No. 119 of the Federal Medical and Biological Agency of the Russian Federation.
In 1994 she was transferred to the All-Russian Center for Disaster Medicine “Zashchita” where she headed the on-field multi-functional hospital for over ten years. During this time she made 66 trips to “hot spots” and places of disaster: war in Chechnya, earthquake in Neftegorsk, taking of hostages in Budennovsk and in Theater Center “On Dubrovka”, blasting of houses in Kaspiysk, Makhachkala and Moscow, earthquakes in Columbia and Turkey.
From 2003 to the present time she works the Chief Doctor in Clinical Hospital No. 57 of the Department of Health of Moscow. For this period the hospital turned into a modern multi-functional medical treatment institution. In the past three years over 300 units of modern medical equipment was installed and put into use here.
In 2012 she was elected the Chairman of the Board of Chief Doctors at the Moscow Department of Health.
Candidate of Sciences (Medicine), Honored Worker of Healthcare of the Russian Federation, Veteran of Military Actions, Veteran of Labor.
She has governmental awards of the Russian Federation: the Order of Courage, the Order of Honor, the Medal of the Order “For Rescue of Victims”, the Medal of MES of Russia “For Faultless Service”, badges of MES of Russia: “Badge of Honor of MES of Russia”, “Participant of Mitigation of ES Consequences”, “For Services”, the Badge of Distinction “For Merits in the Border Guard Service” of the 2nd Degree, the Medal “In Commemoration of 850 Years of Moscow”.
Married, has two children and two grandchildren.
