Born on April 14, 1985.
He completed professional retraining with the qualification «Master of Public Administration for Managers - Executive Master in Public Management (ЕМРМ)» at the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA).
Since 2003, he has been implementing projects in the field of youth policy, working in social and political associations. In January 2009, he was elected as Chairman of the Youth Chamber of the Moscow City Duma and led it until his election as a Deputy of the Moscow City Duma, while combining public activities with work as Head of the Information and Analytical Department of the State-Funded Institution «Center for Youth Parliamentarism».
Member of the Expert Council of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for Moscow in policy-making.
Deputy Secretary of the Moscow city regional branch of the «United Russia» party for project work.
Awarded Gratitude of the President of the Russian Federation «For Active Participation in Election Campaign on Presidential Elections of the Russian Federation», Gratitude and Letter of Gratitude of the Mayor of Moscow, Certificate of Merit of the Moscow Government.

Born on October 29, 1960 in Moscow.
He started his labor activities in 1977 in Sports School “Sambo-70” as instructor-methodist. From 1992 he is General Director of “Sambo-70”. Under his guidance the school became the Laureate of the Competition “School of the Year” and Renat Alexeevich was conferred the Title “Director of the Year” three times.
He served in the USSR ABM defense forces; more than once he was the champion and prize winner of Moscow in Sambo competitions; he was also the champion in the Armed forces, was the prize winner of the country and candidate to the USSR national team in this kind of sport.
After service in the Army he returned to “Sambo-70” School where he continued his coaching activity.
In 1987 he graduated with honors from the Krupskaya Moscow Region Pedagogical University.
In 1997 he defended his dissertation and was awarded the academic degree of Candidate of Sciences (Pedagogics) in the Moscow Institute of the Law of MIA of Russia.
In 2011 he received the second higher education in the Moscow Institute of Open Education.
In 2013 he defended his doctoral dissertation in the St. Petersburg MVD Internal Troops Military Institute.
In 2017 he received the third higher education, graduating from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with distinction, in the specialty of "State and Municipal Administration".
In 2013 six sports institutions of the Southwestern Administrative District of Moscow were joined to the Center of Sports and Education “Sambo-70”. The school turned into one of the largest sport institutions in Moscow and in Russia numbering over 16,000 students with sections for 22 kinds of sport.
More than 25,000 students graduated from “Sambo-70”, among them 600 masters of sport of the USSR and Russia, 88 world-class masters of sport, 42 merited masters of sport and also numerous world champions and champions of Europe, Olympic Games and Surdolympic Games.
Renat Laishev is the Honored Worker of Physical Education of the Russian Federation. He is awarded the Medals of the Order “For Merits to the Fatherland” of the 1st and 2nd degrees, the Outstanding Worker in People’s Education, the Outstanding Worker in Physical Education and Sport, the Laureate of the Prize of the Government of the Russian Federation in Education, the Laureate of the Prize of Moscow 2013 in Physical Education, Sport and Tourism; Doctor of Sciences (Pedagogics), Merited Coacher of Russia, Master of Sport of the USSR.
Renat Laishev is the President of the Non-Commercial Partnership “Children of Russia Are Educated and Healthy – DROZD”, the Chairman of the Board of Guardians of the International Foundation “Pokolenie”, the First Vice President of the All-Russia Federation of Sambo, the Vice President of the Federation of Sumo in Russia.
