Born in 1965.

In 1983, he graduated from Municipal Technical Vocational School No. 89 (now the College of Architecture and Urban Planning).

In 1983-1985, he served in the Group of Soviet troops in Germany. He worked as a bricklayer in the «Moszhilstroy» trust. In 1988, he participated in rescue operations after the earthquake in Armenia.

In 1994, he graduated from the Geophysical Department of the Moscow State Geological Exploration Academy named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze.

He worked as an engineer at the Institute of Mineralogy, Geochemistry and Crystal Chemistry of Rare Elements, and as a leading engineer at the Geological Institute of the Russian Academy of Sciences. At the Russian State Geological Exploration University named after Sergo Ordzhonikidze, he was engaged in editing and prepress preparation of scientific literature.

Actively engaged in socio-political, journalistic, publishing, sociological and psychological research in the framework programs of the Charitable Fund of Development of Humanitarian Knowledge «the Word» and «Promoting Spiritual and Human Development of Person «Burning Bush».

Elected the Duma deputy on September 8, 2019.
