Minko Nina Grigorievna

Born on October 20, 1949 in Moscow.
For 10 years she studied in School No. 866 of the Proletarsky District of Moscow and after finishing it she stayed there to work first as the senior leader, then Deputy Director on Education combining work with study in the Krupskaya Moscow Region Pedagogical University at the Philology Department (evening form). In 1973 she completed education in the university.
1971 to 1973 – Instructor of the School Division in the Krasnogvardeisky District Komsomol Committee;
1973 to 1977 – School No. 575, Teacher of Russian and Literature;
1977 to 1986 – School No. 585, organizer of out-of-school activities, Director;
1986 to 1991 – Chief of the Department for Education of the Krasnogvardeisky District;
1991 to 2012 – Chief of the Southern District Department for Education;
2012 to the present time – Director of the Center for Educational Policy of the Department for Education of the City of Moscow.
She was elected the member of the Bureau of the Krasnogvardeisky District Komsomol Committee; deputy of the Krasnogvardeisky District Council of People’s Deputies; worked in the precinct election commissions.
Laureate of the State Prize in education, Honored Teacher of the Russian Federation, Companion of the Order of Honor.
She was awarded the medals of the USSR and Russian Federation.
The Deputy of Moscow City Duma VI (2014-2019).
